What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for the following items:
- Unopened, sealed supplements in original packaging
- Unused accessories (shaker bottles, pill organizers, etc.)
- Damaged or defective products received in poor condition
- Incorrect items sent due to our shipping error
- Products within 30 days of original purchase date
What Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened supplement bottles or containers
- Used or partially consumed products
- Supplements past their expiration date
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Custom or personalized supplement orders
Return Time Frames
Standard Returns
- 30 days from the original purchase date for unopened products
- Return period begins from the date of delivery (not purchase date)
- Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- 48 hours to report damaged or incorrect products upon delivery
- We require photos of damaged items for processing
- Immediate replacement or refund will be provided
Holiday Extensions
- Products purchased between November 15 – December 31 can be returned until January 31
- Standard return conditions still apply (unopened, original packaging)
- Gift receipts available upon request
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Step 3: Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for our errors or defective products)
- Return instructions and packaging requirements
- Expected processing timeline
Step 4: Package and Ship
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include RMA number on the outside of the package
- Remove or cover any original shipping labels
- Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization

We Pay Return Shipping For:

- Products that don’t match website descriptions

Customer Pays Return Shipping For:
- Change of mind or no longer needed
- Ordered wrong product or quantity
- Standard returns within policy guidelines
Shipping Requirements
- Products must be returned in original condition
- Use trackable shipping method for your protection
- We recommend insurance for valuable returns
- Returns without RMA numbers may be refused or delayed
Refund Process
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
- Store Credit: Immediate (if requested instead of refund)
- Gift Cards: Replaced with new gift card of equal value

Refund Amounts
